ELDA was founded in August of 2005. Our staff has over 20 years of combined experience. We pride ourselves in our work and moral code of conduct. Our office has a great reputation in the legal/professional community. We have a staff of paralegals that work around the clock for our clients. It is our goal to serve our community and provide efficient services at affordable rates. We also believe that it is important to give back to our community.

As Legal Document Preparers, we also attend the Bar Bench meetings with the Attorneys and Judges as well as seminars to stay abreast as to what is going on in our community and how to better assist our clients.  We are an active member of the Victorville Chamber of Commerce, CALDA and are also registered and bonded to practice.

Our Business

Efficient Legal Document Assistance is an active member of the Victorville Chamber of Commerce as well the California Association of Legal Document Assistants (CALDA). As Legal Document/Bankruptcy Petition preparers, we complete legal documents on behalf of our clients. Our wide spread experience and knowledge of the legal field separates us from other like companies as we maintain continuing legal education and training. We maintain the highest standard of excellence which transcends into our work-product.

Who We Are!

Deanna Davis-Owner/LDA/UDA: Has been working in the legal field since 1998. Ms. Davis has worked both as a lead/managing Paralegal for a highly prominent Attorney in the High Desert for many years as well as a business owner. Ms. Davis obtained her Paralegal Certification/ studies from California Southern Law School and continues to maintain MCLE (mandatory continuing legal education), credits/training.

Sylvia Ogata-Bankruptcy Petition preparer/Specialist: Ms. Ogata possesses her Paralegal Certification and worked as the right hand for one of the largest Bankruptcy firms in the High Desert for over 10 years. Ms. Ogata's experience in the field of bankruptcy petition preparation is unparalleled. Ms. Ogata continues to attend bankruptcy seminars/MCLE training to stay current on all of the laws surrounding her area of expertise.
